ST PAUL, Minn. — Three men named in a civil case targeting alleged gang activity at the Minnesota State Fair have agreed to stay away from the fairgrounds and a large surrounding area during this year's event.
Ramsey County and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office filed civil actions earlier this month against the alleged rival gangs Muddy and The Ville, seeking court intervention to prevent violence at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair.
In a joint stipulation filed Tuesday, Omar Abdulawahab Mohamed, Imran Abdi Habib and Hamza Muny Haji-Sufi agreed to a temporary injunction that will keep them out of the State Fair and a designated "Safety Zone" surrounding the fairgrounds. <...
