Tennessee woman, 81, dies after motorcycle crash in Minnesota

An 81-year-old motorcyclist from Tennessee is dead after colliding with another motorcycle on Highway 60 in Blue Earth County on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Investigators say both motorcyclists were riding west on their Harley-Davidsons when they collided at milepost 98, near Lincoln Township. Nancy Ann Beck of Dandridge, Tenn. was pronounced dead and the other driver, a 63-year-old Texas woman, was not injured.

The state patrol did not say if the two women knew each other or what led up to the crash.

Both women were wearing helmets and road conditions were dry. Investigators say they don’t believe alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.
