Newly released documents show how Fleet Farm ignored gun straw purchase warnings

Internal documents released Wednesday reveal that Fleet Farm ignored an employee’s warning about suspicious gun buying behavior and later used it as an example in training materials.

The trove of 694 documents was made public as part of a $1 million settlement reached earlier this year between the retailer and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
