Help needed to find Prior Lake 16-year-old who has been missing for over a month

Authorities are requesting the public to be on the lookout for a missing 16-year-old girl who has not been seen since July.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said Keircylyna Pelkey was last seen on July 18 around 2 a.m. near the 13000 block of McKenna Road Northwest in Prior Lake.

The BCA said Pelkey may have been headed to the Minneapolis area when she went missing, and authorities are concerned for her well-being.

Authorities describe Pelkey as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. According to the BCA, Pelkey was last seen wearing a light pink zip-up sweatshirt, a white skirt, and white heeled sandals.
