'Siri saved my life': Texas woman describes surviving attack by hundreds of bees

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A woman in Texas says a routine Saturday morning trip to her storage unit turned into a fight for her life after she was attacked by hundreds of bees.

Rachel McKee said she arrived at Goose Island Park Storage, in Rockport, Texas, which is northeast of Corpus Christi, around 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15.

McKee said she was stung approximately 300 times during the attack. She said hospital staff told her the number of stings was a record at the hospital.
