MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota health officials are asking customers of a Twin Cities wildlife service to come forward amid concerns about potential rabies exposure.
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is seeking people who used ASAP Wildlife Services MN to submit a bat or other wild mammal for rabies testing since Sept. 1, 2025.
MDH said at least one customer was told an animal tested negative by a lab that does not perform animal rabies testing.
Anyone who used the business should call MDH at 651-201-5368. Health officials will determine whether testing was performed and whether rabies prevention shots are needed.
