NEW YORK — Princess Diana's "revenge dress" is going up for sale for the first time in 30 years.
Diana wore the dress on June 29, 1994, on the same day her then-husband Prince Charles admitted he had been having an affair.
The late Princess of Wales chose to still attend a party at the Serpentine Gallery in London wearing the black, figure-hugging gown.
The dress, which broke royal protocol, became known as the "revenge dress." At the time, royals could wear black only at funerals.
