MN weather: Warmer, more humid Monday
Monday stays fairly quiet as temperatures warm into the upper 70s and low 80s and humidity increases across Minnesota. Storm chances develop overnight before additional rounds of thunderstorms are possible Tuesday. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has the forecast.

What to expect:
Expect partly cloudy skies and light southerly winds at 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures reach the upper 70s and low 80s across much of the state, with the Twin Cities metro topping out around 82 degrees.
Dew points will rise throughout the day, making Monday feel more humid than the weekend.
Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across North Dakota before spreading into parts of northern Minnesota. A stray late-night thunderstorm could reach the Twin Cities before additional storm chances arrive on Tuesday.

After morning rumbles, Tuesday afternoon will be fairly quiet with sunshine and highs in the mid-80s. A cold front moves through later Tuesday, potentially sparking another round of scattered thunderstorms along and east of the Interstate 35 corridor during the evening.
Wednesday turns quieter under partly cloudy skies. Temperatures remain in the low 80s through much of the week, with another chance for spotty thunderstorms by the weekend.
