A crash in the eastbound lanes of I-394 is causing a heavy traffic backup near downtown Minneapolis.
Traffic cameras on the Minnesota Department of Transportation dashboard show that traffic is down to one lane heading eastbound before the Linden Avenue exit on I-394.
Several law enforcement officers are on scene along with an ambulance and a fire truck. A motorcycle and a smashed up white car are also off to the side of the road. It is unknown if either driver is hurt.
5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has reached out to the Minnesota State Patrol for more details on the crash. We have not heard back.
