A Hugo woman will serve probation and community service for sending a number of threatening voicemails to House Speaker Lisa Demuth earlier this year.
Rachel Welsch, 43, pleaded guilty in July to one felony count of threats of violence and was sentenced in Washington County court on Thursday to three years of supervised probation and 180 hours of community service work, including at least 60 hours completed in the first year of probation.
