WASHINGTON — A deadly, multistate cyclosporiasis outbreak linked to recalled iceberg lettuce from central Mexico has ended after sickening 12,883 people in 21 states, the Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday.
The outbreak, tied to iceberg lettuce recalled by Taylor Farms de Mexico, led to 570 hospitalizations and two deaths.
