25 years after 9/11, more than 145,000 people are still being treated for related illnesses

NEW YORK — Twenty-five years after the September 11 attacks, people who responded to the disaster or lived near Ground Zero are still being diagnosed with 9/11-related illness, and the federal program created to treat them is larger and busier than ever.
