A New York judge sentenced two women Tuesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole for their roles in the torture and murder of Sam Nordquist, according to WHEC, KSTP’s sister station.
Precious Arzuaga and Jennifer Quijano previously pleaded guilty to charges connected to the death of 24-year-old Sam Nordquist, a transgender man from Minnesota. Authorities said Nordquist traveled to Canandaigua, New York, to meet Arzuaga, whom he had met online.
